Too many flaws in this system. There are tons of people who will just vote u or view ur pro on request and whatnot. 6000+ views, 300+ votes here.

It's just an educated guess of what I expect of people's profiles. It varies either way.

No grading system is perfect. At least this one is somewhat accurate.
