Re: How'd You Find Out About FFR
i had heard of it several years ago back when me and my sister were in our ddr craze. she told me about it, but i never played. a few months back, i started to play ddr again, and then when i didnt have access to ddr anymore, i remembered ffr. i started playing, and registered shortly after that.

Re: How'd You Find Out About FFR
Hmm, well I was in a computer class back in middle school like three years ago and a couple of my friends were playing FFR during our break (Apparently some of them were friends with ledwix and they picked it up from him). I started playing just for fun, didn't even know the forum existed and didn't register.

A friend of mine sent me a link about four years ago and challenged me. I've been playing on and off since then.

Re: How'd You Find Out About FFR
im pretty sure i posting in here but i dont feel like checking
i had gotten into ddr early 06' and was bored one day and found out about stepmania then while looking for songs to download i stumbled upon ffr. i signed up and tried the game and failed miserably at a standard song so i stopped and went on to download some sims from the DB i came back to ffr in july of 07 and have stayed ever since

Tried to put down "DDR" in the Dark..
Accidentally put "FFR" up came FFR and then I began a journey into a far far realm of screwing up my life. |

Re: How'd You Find Out About FFR
I can't really remember, but here's my best:
I started playing a rhythm-based flash game on some website. It got me interested in similar games. After some searching I found this website. I played for a few months and then I quit when I was getting frustrated with how slow my progress was. I only thought to play with one hand at the time. Some months later I came back and learned about the spread playing style. Yeah that's it |

Re: How'd You Find Out About FFR
I found it just when I was in school about 2 years ago, when somebody mentioned it to me. I signed up about a month later or so, I believe, and I played for a year actively. Now I play SM mostly, but I still participate here on the forums.

Re: How'd You Find Out About FFR
I tried it once because a guy who was in my old BF1942 clan played it and loved it. Me, not so much at the time.
Then I learned about the goodness that is cornandbeans. One day I googled his name, and FFR came up, and I said "hey if cornandbeans is on FFR it must be fun." I played about 500 rounds of {Losing Touch} as a guest before I was able to pass it, and then I joined. |
