it's going to be updated whenever Tass sends me another batch of files to play.

yea... what Shash said. basically... about once a week when we get together with out big think notebooks with all of our notes on each and every file, then we use an abacus to weigh the good vs the bad, and if my Rock'em Sock'em Robot manages to pop the head off of his Rock'em Sock'em Robot... then the files gets into the game.

Aw my Bridge was most likely rejected lol. Probably due to the fact that it was too short... that WAS the reason, right Tass?

no. it was rejected cause it sucked. length is really not a factor in our decisions, so long as it is good. we were given another version of Bridge by someone else... still haven't decided on it.

and FYI... i have TWENTY THREE files in my e-mail inbox. but seeing as i'm working between 9 and 11 hours Mon-Fri this week, I won't be playing them until the weekend. expect a huge update this sat/sun with the 23 songs plus any new ones we get until then. i expect it to be about 30 songs we'll be playing and evaluating.

I'll be sending you the file i'm working on sometime later this week. Dore, jimerax, and Kit gave me a bunch of tips so hopefully it will be a lot better than my gay sharpnel file.

I'm also working on a file (song artist is making a better version of the song, i'm still stepping the first version for experience.)

Any general tips that would help a stepfile not suck? (Besides don't B.S.)

experience and critique... you'll only get better by making more files and getting advice from many people on them. and learn from their advice to make changes and future files better.
