Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 4.
If I remember correctly, if there's all AAA's, then isn't there no Tie Breaker, just those who AAA go through? That's what I thought.

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 4.
Beginner Song = Very Difficult
Intermediate Song = Challenging So far this round. My predictions are that: Advanced = VC Expert = FMO Master = FGO

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 4.
Two questions about the tournament itself.
First off, is there some kind of list for the difficulties of upcoming songs? Everyone else seems to know. Can someone link or copy/paste please? Second. Here I'll jump in a with a half-time show thanking Sprite for doing a great job. It's a big thing to take on and you're doing an excellent, albeit thankless job. But I've got to ask. Beginner eliminations: 120-80-30? What...? Is that a typo? I noticed it back on Day One and figured it would be fixed - the only time in the whole tournament more than half a division is eliminated. That's going to be outrageous! Did you mean 120-60-30? I realize you can't go back now... but damn! I've personally only got until Saturday and the RLoD is going to be frankly silly for us beginners. (Cue AAA/boo/blackflag RLoD whining from higher divisions - but sorry guys, you don't have a lay-off this severe to whine about.) edit- cleaned up punctuation. Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 4.
Just to clarify, I will not be adding a tiebreaker for AAA ties at this point. Also, I skipped the song that was supposed to be for round 5 in Expert, and went to round 6's song. Should be much more difficult.

Purple looks like a high VC to me but we'll see when I actually play it.

And will it be a SONG WE ALL KNOW AND LOVE (hate maybe)? Or is it just some random file in the queue that matches up to the specifications set out? |

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 4.
The songs picked out for Expert this year were a total joke.
Every round has had to been an AAA to pass. I'm getting tired of having to get perfect accuracy on every song just to get to the next round. I can't even pass this round because I have 1 good. 1 good. There's not even a tiebreaker anymore; I have to get 0 goods on this thing to pass to Round 5. What a joke. |

Sprite said that they din't have enough hard songs in the queue to use for master and expert, so they used what they had.

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 4.
Round 5 songs: 8 9 9 11 11. maybe D4's song is REALLY high 10... not sure.
Tries to AAA: D1 - 2 D2 - 9 D3 - 4 D4 - took me 5 tries to get 4 goods D5 - 3 tries to get 19-0-0-5 PS - D5 is going to have a hard time even accessing their song. o shi. unless you're Hammy.

D5 has a skill token and the beginning reminds me of electro rush v2.
