Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
Somehow I took that as an insult about being a one handed player.

EHHS, if you AAA it every time and have 0 seconds break and no score malfunctions i guess you could get 1.9 bil

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
If you do a song with insane jumpstreams, your hands will give out around 600mil.
I'm going slow with a steady 500k per minute for 24 hours straight. I really doubt anyone will go higher than 800mil since that would require you to play EHHS non stop which will tire you out. Around 21 Hours of 500k/min is 700,000,000 which is basically what everyone is aiming for. EDIT: (Been playing twg way too much) vrofl is so not worth 1bil Might as well get a minimum wage job, work 24 hours straight, then buy vrofl from tass |

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
if you played a song, got atleast 800 combo, you could get a million points. now do that 1000 times. theres your billion. seem easy now?

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
I'm hoping for top 5.
Only other people here I think know what they're really doing is Freakysnots and lump since we've all done this before. Imma go for the kill, on my fingers at least. Gonna start strong with heavy jumpstreams and such and as the day goes on hit easier and easier songs. |

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
if im not mistaken, aaa'ing ehhs and, say, sdg'ing it, aren't much different at all in terms of total score in the end. i probably have the stamina to fc ehhs consistently for a really long time, but i dont know if i can motivate myself to do this at all rofl

I'll probably play either tricky techno or ehhs or doomsayer.

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
You guys need to take into account human strength. Playing EHHS and maintaining a FC consistently is going to become very, very difficult. Pace yourself. You can lazymash EHHS for about 1.8, but it's a rather fast lazymash. I recommend playing songs slightly lower in taps per second, but still easy to FC. 24 hours is a long time.

Re: Gamewhore Competition Thread
I also recommend choosing a row of songs to play over and over again. Playing one song over and over again is going to be hellish, but if you have a row of songs that you think you can FC, you have a good shot. There are many songs capable of breaking 1bil+.
Trust me though, don't get too ambitious and choose only high-tps songs. I've done 24-hour cubing marathons before, and cubing takes a lot less energy than FFR/DDR. My hands were dying. EnR: Sure
