You dont need 4 gb of ram to run ffr. I have 2 more cpu's then you =) My xp comp runs ffr on **** specs. It isn't a keyboard problem. Its vista and flash.

Hmm...two people who say they have no problems, they both have 4 GB ram compared to two, and both with a smaller processor than Izzy. Even though it's like you said, it's still kind of odd.

I don't think anybody knows the exact cause of what makes flash run bad on some vista computers.

The problem is flash and vista. Izzy is right, i don't know why anyone would make a thread saying its fixed because its impossible untill vista comes out with the new service update. Flash doesn't work on Vista as well as it should, they know that. But Vista wasn't made for flash games...
It was mainly made for buisness things, not ffr unfortunately. So they worry about that stuff before flash all all the others useless things.
It will come in time, other than that. Why even get Vista? Some are forced to, like me. Some just didn't know. But well... now you know :]
Just play SM anyways, gets your PA a lot better for FFR.
Smashing is for losers :]

the problem could be a many things. but the fix i posted is for people with keyboard delay due to driver problems. The fix is very specific and like someone already pointed out, will only work for a small percentage of vista users.

NO. no. I didn't mean it that way. I still love you FFR. I'd never betray you. I'm sorry. I know we've been through a lot this summer but I wouldn't neglect you. You're still mine and we'll always be together. Sorry for ever considering such.

But rly, I can't live without windows and my cool shortcuts like
winlogo+R -> mspaint, calc, notepad, wordpad, regedit, msconfig
I love how I can right click a shortcut, select properties and find target location.
I love my Windows+D when I want to clear everything out of the way
I love running .exe's without having to use some other program to run them for me. I could rant on ]:

Use Linux on ****ty computers (if compiz can run on these...Vista needs some help), and still maybe Linux on high-end computers. Though I like Windows and all of its quirks.

Note for those still trying to get FFR working on Vista: Try changing the theme to Windows Classic; it doesn't suddenly get perfect, but at least one doesn't get 200 goods on Nova Pulser (maybe 30).

Thank you highandroid, this fixed my keyboard problems lmao. Of course, my flash still lags, I have 3.5 gigs of ram and a 3.2 duo core processor. I'm not sure what causes the lag at all.
