Yeah, but still would you want a sexual offender who raped your daughter to be in the proximity of your home lurking around the neighborhood, whos likely a raging bile duct pyscho and doesn't care about life or its beings surrounding him to be left unsupervised by the authorities or some form of surveillance? I mean, The guy raped a teenager for crying out loud thats begging for some kind of drastic inclementations. Imagine you were the father, hell, even support groups wouldn't be able to help.
