You can send over the file(s) to me over AIM...I'm good with PR and I'm probably one of the biggest PR criticizers ever.

Re: FFR Community Pack
I just sent 2 songs. One of them is missing a banner, so I'll need someone to make one. If you want to change the difficulty from 11 to 10, go ahead. I'm not the best at judging the difficulty of files.

Re: FFR Community Pack
GOD DAMMIT. GOD ****ING DAMMIT. I TYPED UP ****ING IN-DEPTH ESSAYS FOR THE FILES, AND THE SITE CRASHES ON ME. Awesome.
I'm not going to go back and remake them since it took me long enough to begin with. If you really want to find more about the file's problems, etc. just IM or PM me. Now's the ****ing Time (operationstrawbarry) 2/5 Fun but has a lot of sync and PR errors. Poor layering and you missed stuff. that song title that had blue in it (thechild) 3/5 Fun but avoid the left arrow dumps, fix the PR, and you missed a lot of stuff Jump Jump Jump (thechild) 2/5 Awkward file, technical errors repeated in the theme except for one part in the end where you got it right, PR, add more 16ths in the first half. Tsusomething (sc979) 3/5 Fun as **** but has some syncage and PR problems. If the other judges accept I'll fix every problem. Neko Miko Reimu (sc979) 2/5 Hugeass dissapointment. Actually called ねこ巫女れいむ(少女綺想曲 ~ Dream Battle) if you're willing to change it to that, etc. Sync off on a few parts again, PR is off on a few parts, some parts are awkward, hand usage throws me off, etc.

Added you as graphical artist. P.S. This is a really big commitment! You really need to be commited to this. I can trust you, but I hope you'll live up to the challenge. EDIT: Judged sc's files. Neiko something Rimu- **1/2 Kind of fun, but some parts lacked consistency, and there were some PR errors. Overall, I can’t tell if this is good or not. Tsurupettan- **** This file is fun as ****. I love it so much. Reminds me of Kilga's Our Xenopittan from CKBMP2. Only problem is some PR, but you were consistent in it, so I’m not sure if it should be counted as an error or not. I’m accepting it since probably 99.9% of everyone who plays it will love it and since npv graciously offered to fix it. EDIT2: Just found out there's also Standard and Oni, played both, didn't really like either, keeping Heavy would be better. Last edited by moches; 04-24-2008 at 07:42 PM.. |

I think I sent 2 other files over. If not there, Ill send again EDIT: I may need to talk to you about the file you just rated. In general, I think its decent enough unless what you saying is what all the judges say. I dont mind fixing up the issues though, but you're comments are extremely vague probably for specific revision, although I bet that you're essay would explain them. There are some parts that I missed, but I knew if I stepped them, you guys would want me to take those out because its hard to hear. Not exactly sure what you mean about layering other than you dont like how I placed the arrows. So I guess Ill hook you up or you have AIM or MSN. Tell me which works best: you giving me you're msn or aim or me IMing you. DO I have you're permission to add you're MSN and are you on it alot? Have some other files that I think are pretty good but will probably be rejected from the RFpack2 for reasons of I dont know. Debating on a couple of files... keep in touch. Prefer AIM...my MSN is very buggy. Just IM me sometime. I'll do it from memory, though, since I really don't want to go back and play through it again.
As for Tsurupettan, I just want to know if sc is willing to have the jump jacks. |

lol, rainbow notes are so hard to step, but I didn't notice anything that was offsync by that much. Tell me where exactly the sync/PR is off, and I'll work on it tomorrow.

Re: FFR Community Pack
Um, nothing was offsync by too much, but I mean it's not perfectly synced. I can do it myself, really; I can sync it fine and really fast. The sync was off on some 24th+16th drum thing in the beginning, the colored stuff throughout, and some more drum stuff at the end. If iirc when they go pettan~ pettan~ tsurupettan~ the "tsurupe-" was an ascending melody. also, the beginning had minor PR problems as well.
Seriously, if you want me to, I can just sync it and fix it myself haha |

Re: FFR Community Pack
If the beginning of the standard steps have better PR, use that instead.
okay, yeah, the 24th at the beginning should be the 32nd note under it. I've played through it and have gotten all marvs on the first colored part twice, lol. Haven't done so on the second part even though it's shorter. The 192nd note in measure 83 I think can be moved up by 1/192nd of a note, but you can just change it to the 16th note if you want. Between heavy and oni, use whatever PR is better, I don't mind the jumpjacks, but they're the reason I created the heavy steps in the first place. If there's going to be 1 difficulty, I'd prefer some of the hands to be left in, as I got rid of all of those in heavy too.

Re: FFR Community Pack
Ok double post.
Code:
Now's the ****ing Time-Operation Strawberry ** Little or no PR. Decent layering... Better steps overall would do this song good. Jump Jump Jump-thechild **1/2 Some of the holds seemed really wierd--like the ones with super-mini-holds at the end... What was with those? Those could've been regular-sized holds at the end. Decent layering, but the continuous doubles was a bit annoying. The Navy Song-thechild *1/2 Steps were akward and had no regard for PR. Not a very good song either. tsurupettan-sc979 **1/2 No comments on standard. Good standard file. Heavy and challenge could've used more hands. Jump-jacks in challenge were retarded. Resync the talking sections in heavy and challenge. What did the 16th jacks in the beginning of challenge go to? Better jump use during holds in challenge chart. Twilight's Chapter Seven-npv *** Some of the patterns in 150-180 during the long holds seemed off every other hold. Otherwise, seems good. And I though you were going to change the mega-trill to 32nds?

Re: FFR Community Pack
NFC...are you sure you got the right Twilight's Chapter Seven? I changed the trill, there's a 48th roll before that I think, and there's also a lot of re-syncing done everywhere else in the piano part.
And also it seems like ya comp/kb is weird or you can't hit a marvelous easily because Tsurupettan seemed very well synced (though not perfectly; I'll fix it if Kommi accepts). |

Re: FFR Community Pack
Okay, I sent another file. Again, no banner, and a plain 640x480 black rectangle for a background =\.
Yes, there's more jumpjacks in this file. I've gotten rid of them in heavy, but having them is more fun to play. And I've said this in the e-mail, but I'll just post it again here. The only difference between oni/edit is 7 arrows in the section with hands. Those 7 arrows were enough to screw me up during that part, so I just created another difficulty without them. Keep one and throw out the other.

Re: FFR Community Pack
dammit, The 16th jump in measure 49 should be the 24th jump below it instead.
for oni/edit, change it to this: for heavy, change to this: Also, can you switch the durations of the holds at the end of oni/edit so that the down hold is longer than the left hold?

Re: FFR Community Pack
Yeah, sure. Don't forget that I'm not changing anything until Kommi posts his notes...if it's accepted I'll change it. If he doesn't accept, then the sim isn't accepted, and fix the stuff on your own until we accept it. If it still has errors when we accept it, that's when I'll fix it.
*edit* god moches change the "japanese stuff" to twilight's CHAPTERRRR seven and fix the accepted to Twilight's Chapter Seven godddddddddddddddddd |

I didn't reload courses... Lemme play it again quickly. EDIT: kay.. the sync is fine. The trill is fixed (to 32nds... much more doable)... The holds section in 150-180 seemed the same. The arrows in every other long hold seemed to go to nothing, where the other 2 seemed fine.
