Only way to get back to your old skill is to play the game. Adjust yourself to a lower speedmod first, then work your way up from there. Also figure out if you need to adjust yourself to a comfortable setup, posture, if needed.

Good to see you getting back to the game btw.

Well I play on 2.0...so I move down to what speed mod?

Try 1.75x first. If that's too slow, go to 1.8x. Just bump up your speed mod in reasonable intervals.

Actually, not playing since May, I am surprised you didn't have more of a skill drop. Bite the bullet and play as many games as possible. lol It's gonna take atleast a few weeks, if not months to get back to your skill level, with just casual practice anyway.

By any chance is FFR lagging more or with the flash players and such that could be making your scores seem way off than they should be?
