I'm trying out some animation in apophysis, and it is turning out a bit tougher than I expected. Anyone have any expertise in that?

Azemuth looks very cool. I like the geometric feel to it, as opposed to the somewhat random ideas before. The colors could use work, though, in my opinion.

If you click to play with the default script, it'll run the animation- RENDERING it, however, is a whole different story. I think you have to render every frame as a separate picture file or some crazy shenanigan

Yeah, I already tried the play button. But the animation scripts didn't seem too interesting, and I don't know how to record them, like you mentioned.

Holy is a really nice one, but I would've replaced the purple with a darker blue in the gradient, made the side fractal-things straight, rather than slanted... Maybe added a glow or a soft noise fractal.

Don't take this the wrong way though - I love the setup for it - simple, clean and straightforward. I think that with those, it might be a bit better.

Okay, I'm not sure why I'm doing this, but I don't want to give up on that fractal.

Holy V2

Used blue instead of purple, made fly fractal things straight, added noise and a little bubble.

I think I still prefer the original, though. Unfortunately, the only way I found to make the side fractals straight was taking out the Julia variation and adding a Sinusoidal. This ended taking more things than it was supposed to, and the cross shaped fractals look less interesting.
