I don't even know how this happens, but you should see my 8 year old keyboard. I just pretend that stuff isn't there so I don't have to deal with it.

I've read in a few places if its an older keyboard you can put it in the dishwasher to clean it. Just make sure its completely dry before plugging back in.

I've had cat hair in my laptop's keyboard. As for this keyboard.. there are probably crumbs of food and more cat hair. Not to mention dust, but I can hardly see it. I'll have to clean my keyboard eventually as well.

This one hasn't been cleaned since we got it 4-5 years ago.
