Re: Keyboards and FFR
My wife and I each use this keyboard here :
http://www.ideazon.com/us/products/m...ngkeyboard.asp We also play many other PC games, and the added functionality of a gaming pad has been paid for many times. It plays ffr well as I play on the standerd keyboard section, feels like a generic with decent key pressure and sound taps. I only recomend this keyboard if you play any other online games, and the more and different types of them you play, the more and more usefull this keyboard gets. Hope this helps.

I was thinking of getting this one but it looked very big and bulky so i got a saitek eclipse instead. Also i might get this one if my eclipse breaks or something.

That appears to be exactly what I just got rid of. It's a piece of crap. I'm playing at least 30% better without it. I made sure not to play for a few days before the keyboard came to help single out a difference. Someone told me that that keyboard was crap. I didn't listen and now I regret. Now I'm telling you that it is crap.

Re: Keyboards and FFR
One word: Lycosa
One brand: Razer Trust me, it'll be the last keyboard you ever own. Take it from someone who utilizes this laptop style keyboard for smooth keystrokes for gameplay and high speed gaming on FFR and/or SM. EDIT - Just seen you chose the lycosa, good choice my friend. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

$80
Contrary to popular belief, you will not starve to death after missing a meal. Or even a week. It is perfectly affordable.

Because once my keys wore in, they are loud and annoying. And they feel funky. I am dealing with it though. Sexy keyboard overall.

BTW, I have it too, and actually for me, it's quite opposite. My keys are much quieter, yet still about as loud now as a conventional 3.5mm key keyboard or whatever the **** they are. When I first got it they sounded like hammer blows to an anvil but they are much better now. They don't feel at all funky to me so that's a personal degree of opinion.
