I didnt really know him at all... But, if he is as great as everyone says he was, then he might have been a close friend of mine. Have a good life in Heaven.

Re: Passing away of Steve aka Jellygod
I don't know where to begin. I just finished reading almost every single reply to this thread.
I never spoke to him; but I came across his profile a few times. He seemed cool, I liked his banner. When I see the funny videos he made, and the funny things he said, it makes me wish I had talked to him, at least once. FFR is like my internet home. Everyone here means a lot to me, even if I have never said a word to them. Seeing everyone talk, laugh, and play games on this website makes me happy. It makes me feel like there's still a group of sensible people in this world, and to lose someone so loved in this community deeply saddens me. I wish the best for those of you who knew him the most; and I can relate to the feelings from those who do not know him very well. You are all great people for even caring for him in the first place, and I'm sure he appreciates you all very much. I also updated my signature, just for him.

Re: Passing away of Steve aka Jellygod
This kills me inside... Really does. If he only knew there are alot of people who cared about him so much, his friends and family...
Totally close with alot of FFR Regulars and Stevey was one of them. It's gonna be hard to hold back the tears looking at these pictures... Chillin' in Bowling Green for FFRCon. McDonald's eat-out with the peeps. Stopped at a diner before coming home from FFRCon weekend. *tear*... ... There were a ton of jelly at the table and I made a joke about it. Decided to stack it in front of him since he was jellygod. Good day man... I had a video of him and I playing some air hockey at Pinball Pete's but it got lost in translation... Much condolences to the family and to everyone else.. I'll give my support with anything. Truly was a great guy... and yea, he was a fun guy to talk to. Makes you laugh anytime. RIP Steve. You're already missed. <-_-,>

Jellygod was always good to everyone on this site. He was also very smart and very talented. I live in a darker world now that he's gone.

Wow man, thank you for posting those. I was so sad when I saw I had taped over my footage of the convention. I was hoping somebody had something to remember the trip.

Re: Passing away of Steve aka Jellygod
I have to say I am amazed that Steve was such a close person to a lot of people on FFR.
I wasn't as close to Steve as friends could be, but I knew him pretty well. I went to school with him all throughout middle and high school. Like everybody has said before me, he was not the kind of person you would expect to do such a thing. I was extremely shocked when I saw someone posting 'RIP' on his facebook wall. I thank each and every person who has posted in this thread contributing to the memory of Steve. He was the person who got me into FFR and gave me some credits to try out some new songs and everything. I am very sad to see him gone. Thank you, everyone.

Re: Passing away of Steve aka Jellygod
Wow I just saw this thread and when I did, I went straight to his facebook and it just sunk in. I am very happy I got to speak to him a couple times but wow. He was my best FFR Michigan friend and we were suppose to hang out on numerous occasions. I had so many opportunities to go meet him and now I regret every time I didn't take it.
I will miss talking to him all the time and being his wife on the profile chat (being sleep drunk does this to you >_>) and always going into the chat and find him talking to someone else and freak out on him. Or all the stories he would tell me from the FFR convention and how it made me jealous. One final thing is I would like to thank him for being awesome and being respectful to everyone, even though some of the ways of him showing respect was speaking a sexual manner. But I will miss that as well. R.I.P Jellygod |
