@justin_ator, monstro222, stephen_g74: One or two is plenty. We don't need fifty different skins of FFR with inverted or modified colors that keep the same frame. Take a look at mine on the front page, notice how I completely revamped it? Arrekusuof93 and chidori! (and others) have a few in this thread that are definitely worth looking at as well.

@EAGAMES: I do like the water effect, but where would you put text for things such as your score and rank? As far as I know, Flash isn't designed to display changeable text in a warped method such as that. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

I understand what you are saying; but if the idea for customizable skins gets put into use, then I think they would start out simple using small changes with the same layout. New layouts and graphics would take a lot more work.

Yes, a couple is fine, but too many is too many.

i think my FFR Neon style is original. it is not just a random discoloration. it has many cool colors, and lines at the top.

@justin_ator and monstro222: You guys have made at least twenty now. Those last two were the best of them all, and I may consider putting them on the front page (only because my ****ty Paint job from who knows how long ago is up there), but I think that's enough.

@justin_ator: If you don't like using Paint, get Photoshop. Problem solved.

@liamis01177: This feature isn't available yet, which is why this thread exists. I assume when/if this ever gets implemented in FFR, this can be locked.

My point is I can't get photoshop, so I have no options. But I am done making them. Too much trouble for not very much appreciation. Oh well.

Well I have it, so I don't see why you can't get it. I went ahead and picked the best two from you and monstro222 and added them to the front page anyway, though. I did like how you had all the buttons lined up in a row, and if you could design something like that well in PS, I'm sure it'd be nice, but your paint version makes for a good "prototype" that you could improve on if you ever get PS.

Also, from this point on...

...I no longer have a reason to take pity on those using MSPaint.

I know it's not top-quality stuff (still inexperienced with rendering shapes practically), but I seriously needed to get my crappy MSPaint-job off the front page. And before anyone asks, I know, that isn't the FFR font. The FFR font is called "Neuropol", which I have, but instead I decided to use "Captain Podd" for the futuristic-type font.

yeah, uh, crashfan, uh, justin_ator is my bro, we both use our parent's computer and neither of us have $600 to spend on adobe photoshop. GIMP does look as good as photoshop, it is free, and wikipedia makes it sound really good. we will try to convince our dad to download it.
