Re: FFR Community Pack II (new thread)
I meant to ask you guys: how long does it take for you to step files?
Lately I'll step a file and then tighten up the sync with DDReam. I kinda lose track of how long it takes though. Just resyncing a file can take hours. Just curious. I know if a file's synthesized then it takes WAY less time (for me at least).

Re: FFR Community Pack II (new thread)
It takes me anywhere from 1 to 6 hours to step a song over a span of days to months
I stepped super spy hunter in 30 minutes though and most of the time was syncing the intro lol

Re: FFR Community Pack II (new thread)
it takes me about a week to a month to finish one file.
thats considering i open the stepmania editor for about 15 minutes a day to a half hour to files that have static bpms. sometimes i spend some more time depending if a part needs to be c0lOr3d n0t3z. the files i sent to this took about an hour to two hours in total from the past 2 weeks or so.

Re: FFR Community Pack II (new thread)
I spend more than one hour for one minute, considering I have the song rate locked on 0.5x all along the file, I like passing time on my sims.
Clearly, a 2:30 minutes file take me 3:00. Multiply this by 2 if it's a (non-synthetized) piano song. Also, using coloured notes and changing the bpm to sync a song is fun imo.

Re: FFR Community Pack II (new thread)
I've had sections that I kept changing and changing eventualy spending like 45 minutes on a section that only lasts a few second =/.
It was tragic.

Re: FFR Community Pack II (new thread)
About 2-3 hours to finish a 2 minute file, less if a lot of it is repetitive, more if there's shifts in percussion and such. After that it's about 30-60 minutes of checking stuff and fixing little bits. Of course I still miss a couple things sometimes.

Re: FFR Community Pack II (new thread)
OP, did you get the file I sent? No rush. Just wanted to make sure you got it.
Also, guys: been working on a Lawn Wake V file for a while now. Completion was postponed after I neglected it due to other files. I'm resuming it now though. It's very accurate regarding sync, but it lacks variety like that in some other LW songs. Some arbitrary note placement to combat a few repeating patterns, etc. Worth submitting still?
