How to make a DWI file for newbies.
I named this topic as such because I am hoping that there can be a set place for people to find out how to make a DWI file.
So if you are out there legendary gods of StepMaking(tm), answer our call and help the unknowledgeable. If I figure out how to make them, they will come. Lots of them. |

I have to go back to work in a minute, but when I get some time I'll do some typing.

Its not entirely difficult. The hardest thing i say is actually keeping the DWI file in beat for the whole song.
And, the gap time is pretty hard to set. Im ok for now ! |

cmc, have you ever checked the "FAQ's" section. Nestlekwik created a huge guide on how to make dwi files. It's the main reason he became an admin.

If you're making a .dwi file for a classical, you don't have to get permission from anyone to use it right? after all, the composers are dead. |

And classical music is public domain because it's so old (unlike Mick Mouse ), so go nutz.

And, no, things weren't exactly copyrighted back during those times and the composers are long past dead. |
