Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
I guess I can say that I'm the exact same way irl compared to me online. Anything that I have stated or done on this site is 100% true.... I think.

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
I'm a lot happier IRL than I come off as online. I'm also more of a bitch if I don't like you~ online it doesn't really matter~

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
pretty much the same in real and on the webs, aside from that I troll people like **** on the webs, like my little sister doesn't want to talk with me over skype because she gets tired of me trolling the **** out of her

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
IRL I'm pretty similar. But you can't see my deep aussie voice and wise old man nature when you talk to me about serious topics in prochat/forums/front page. Having done a lot of public speaking in the past has developed a sort of insta-serious persona that takes over and lets me work my natural wit into w.e it is that I am dealing with. (Though I can be very immature/mature on the flip of a switch ;D)
Never been one of the 'shy' guys, always been loud and social. Catch me at a local poker night chillin with friends and a few drinks, and the jokes fly. Catch me on a school night chillin in prochat while I play online poker/step/make music/play guitar/misc FFR stuff, and you get the same sort of result. However, ask my wife and daughter, I am a disgustingly successful troll 95% of the time when at home. Drives them crazy~

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
IRL, I'm usually very introverted when I'm with people I don't know too well, but with friends, I'm usually a sugar-hyped spastic.
I'm slightly more outgoing online because lol internet. |

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
In real life i'm on my computer 24/7.... wait a second this isn't going to work xD
Well for whenever i talk to someone it's so immensely awkward I usually just keep to myself unless starts a conversation, even then it doesn't last long. I'm a horrible social person

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
I don't know anything other than online...
I troll people IRL and Online. IRL, I'm more of a crazy person who does anything, and I don't give a fuk about myself.

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
I'd say I'm about the same. Of course, irl, you have to be aware of context and understand that not everyone understands the same set of memes as you do so it's not like I can make a victorymania dance reference irl. In both real life and online, I basically see myself as someone who's shy around strangers/people I don't know, although after I feel comfortable with that person, I can chat up a storm xD I like to try to get along with people, to try to be understanding of people's situations by trying to take a non-biased approach and trying to take a look at things from other people's perspectives. I hate having enemies both irl and online, it makes me feel like a terrible person Dx Friendships both online and irl work kind of the same way, I like friendships that feel really mutual and even on both ends. If I have a friend that just asks for my help all the time but never helps me out, then I'd feel like that friend is taking advantage of me. On the other hand, if a friend helps me out a lot and I'm not doing much in return, I'd feel guilty. I tend to have a happy-go-lucky attitude sometimes, but sometimes that rubs off as stupidity to others, lawl xD

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
I'd say I'm essentially the same thing; I'll talk about the same things in person than here. The only major difference is that I can't say ## in person.

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
I'm painfully shy in real life and all my life revolves around is my partner and our children.
On-line I'm different, I was act silly, get stuck in to good debates and be a dick. But I still struggle to talk to people one-on-one on-line unless they're the one making the conversation. |

Re: IRL vs. Online personalities
IRL: I almost never swear and I am bad at speaking English since it is not my native language. I am also a lot more kind-hearted and nerdy then I am online. I am not really shy either but I can be if you are a cute asian girl :3
Online: A lot more intelligent since I can just type out what am I thinking in English instead of attempting to say it in a way that would make since to the person IRL. I can also be a little mean and more of a troll online because I find it enjoyable to do seeing that it is something that I normally would not do IRL LOL
