PA, and what can i do to improve it?

ive played for a while, 7 months or so, full comboing a couple very challenging and most challenging atm, but my PA, sucks. VERY hard.

in multi, i put it down to being aussie and the lag associated with that im geographically challenged when it comes to lag.

but in single player, i still dont have very good PA.

im getting like 150 goods on songs like frozen, 80 on L3 like 60 on easy songs like neomax. easy songs, difficult and under, i can PA no problem, could AAA platypus, pondering and kick it etc if i whored a bit. but very difficult, challenging and beyond, i cant PA.
its really effecting me now when you FC a song, are all happy then realise that the PA is to bad for tier point(s).

so how does one improve PA.

just a note: im spread, upscroll, <V86, and Screencut the combo number completely out.

Play on autofail 1 good for the next 2 hours, then take it off.

Voila, awesome PA.

Only if you don't break your keyboard in frustration before the two hours is up.

You may get frustrated, but be patient, it's the fastest way to good PA there is, the only other option is PRACTICE.

Hit them later than you think you need to hit them and hope you dont avmiss. xD

So that's how you do it, I always think that I am hitting them too slow.

play stepmania more often and go for MA, then go back to FFR after like a month..

That's what I need to do, just haven't done it quite yet
