ipod problems
For some reason unknown, when I try to put certain songs on my Ipod, an error messages pops up saying that this song couldn't be read by my Ipod. I tried to play the song with Itunes and the same error message popped up. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?
when i check their properties, the songs all say they're mp3 format. thing is, it's only some of the songs that can't be read, just the majority >.< Alot of them are from OCremix and some are from FFR database. Is there something incompatible with itunes and these files? |

Re: ipod problems
Maybe your computer can't find the files? In that case double click and manually find the .mp3 files from whatever folder it's from.
And OC ReMix? <3. I now think you're cool. Of course my opinion doesn't mean much.

Re: ipod problems
Restore your ipod then put the music back on and see what happens but before you do that make sure you're using the latest itunes update.

Re: ipod problems
iTunes customer service.
I swear this is the second iPod/iTunes thread in the past day in which I said "iTunes customer service". For shame. |

Re: ipod problems
o_O I haven't checked but i suppose you just go to their website and get customer service?
I just downloaded the latest update for my new itouch. (i haven't updated itunes in over a year) and it worked prior to my update. That's how I got my songs onto my older 2nd gen ipod (Ftw). now, my original Ipod died T_T and since i need my fix of music for my work outs...i need musics on mah itouchies. -edit- I also tried playing the songs I couldn't put on my ipod on itunes. When I click to play with itunes with the song, nothing happens :O but it works perfectly with windows media

Re: ipod problems
Delete the song and redownload it.
Maybe convert it to a different format? |
