How do I get my level up

I've been playing a while and got the speed on 1.25x and I can keep with standard pretty and getting there with 1.25x speed with diffucult. I was wondering why My level ain't when up still 1

because it says "mp level"...meaning multiplayer level... play multiplayer, win, and itd go up =)
