http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m26YM...eature=related Historia Calamitatum Minor Threat came on a white vinyl. Supposedly there's also a live version of Prayer of the Refugee. How do you get these tracks? I figured since I bought the CD the night before it came out at a concert AND got a white vinyl with Minor Threat, any other bonus tracks would be on the disk. But no. Can't buy the tracks off Napster, like I can with every other song by Rise Against. I'm confused. Can anyone help?
