the score wont register

My score on L9 isn't registering in my average rank i keep playing, it shows my rank on the song page just not in the average rank. it looks like this:

Clear your cache, restart your browser, etc... Other than that, fix your score up and post in the un-recorded scores thread.

One day, all my scores were like this. I just asked an admin to take care of it. I don't really know what the problem was, or how they fixed it, but you should be fine.

Inform tasselfoot about this, I heard there are some users with this glitch as well, so talk with tass to see if he can fix it for you.

Well I am not sure if they can fix it if your score is 0. Just clear your cache, restart FFR, try to get an SDG, if not then leave it.
