songs play normal & arrows are very slow

after a song loads, it starts the song like normal. but the arrows come much later and very slow. even when i press the arrows keys to hit the arrows when they do come, they say i miss and i die in the first few seconds. it does it to every song and it only started to do that today. has this happend to anyone else and how do u fix it?

It just now happened to me,and I was on earlier.It'll work perfectly if you play the low resolution version,but it's almost impossible to see the song titles in that mode.
