Synthetic pot

Looking for your experiences with it, if you have tried it yet, or even never heard of it.

I've tried 3 now,

K3 XXX
K3 Dynamite
Red Magic lemonade


All with their unique up's and downs.

I got some K2, but haven't tried it yet and I haven't heard of K3 at all. I'm guessing it's pretty intense?

Until I see enough completely unbiased statistics and studies about it's short-term/long-term effects, not touching it. Haven't looked a whole lot as I just discovered this thread 20 minutes ago.

I've tried K2 twice, the high can last for up to about 30 minutes or so depending how much you take. I haven't received a really bad trip from it, so I'd say it's safe.

My friend died because of synthetic pot. Thought bugs were crawling in his mouth and he drank something (I honestly do not know what he drank) and it wound up destroying his stomach lining until he died from internal bleeding. Marijuana was made by nature. It was never made for men to tamper with it and see if they could make it a bit better. Stick with the natural ****. Less likely to kill you.

With all respect it wasn't the synthetic pot that killed him rather than him probably being out of control and doing something else that killed himself. I'm sorry for your loss. If I could do it though with a spotter the first time, if I absolutely 100% knew it was safe, I'd probably try it and determine if I had control in that state, but honestly I don't expect to be smoking this stuff cause it's going to take a while for the facts to be discovered and distributed properly.

Well that's true. I wasn't there so I don't entirely know everything that happened. We were camming, me and him and three of his friends, and they were all doing k2. At the time I kind of thought it was just regular weed (I don't smoke, I don't really know how to tell the difference -3-). But then they "went to bed" and the next day his friends all emailed me saying that he'd kind of gone crazy and died in er because of some **** he was drinking after he'd smoked.

The only short term side effect I've noticed is my heart rate. Which if let get too high will kill you! But I do it in moderation. K3 XXX I had to take tiny hits of and I would be high for about an hour. this dynamite stuff is terrible. I have to take 4x as much to get a comparable high.

I wouldn't go mixing this with anything because of the heart rate issue.

I personally do not get any burned out effects like pot or pills. It just kind of goes away. I don't feel less intelligent and I can function well on it. I don't suggest driving with it! You are not aware enough to do it.

K2 gave me a feeling of acute paranoia, but I was able to function. The longest the high has lasted was 45 minutes, but I was low-dosing since I don't completely trust spice.

Brikins, that's pretty much the least valid analogy I've seen in years.

Synthetic cannabis is a pretty recent development. Thus, there haven't been any health studies on the stuff. Side effects haven't been well documented. It's best to exercise caution with a substance like this, but the chances of it killing you are pretty close to zero.

No official studies have been conducted on its effects on humans. Though its effects are not well documented, extremely large doses may cause negative effects that are generally not noted in marijuana users, such as increased agitation and vomiting. Professor John W. Huffman who first synthesised many of the cannabinoids used in synthetic cannabis is quoted as saying, "People who use it are idiots". You don't know what it's going to do to you." A three gram package of Spice is said by one study, to have the same health effects on the lungs as a packet of cigarettes, although no conclusive evidence of this exists outside of the study. A user who consumed 3 g of Spice Gold every day for several months showed withdrawal symptoms, similar to those associated with withdrawing from the use of narcotics. Doctors treating the user also noted that his use of the product showed signs associated with addiction. One case has been reported where a user, who had previously suffered from cannabis induced recurrent psychotic episodes, suffered reactivation of their symptoms after using Spice. Psychiatrists treating him have suggested that the lack of an antipsychotic chemical, similar to cannabidiol found in natural cannabis, may make synthetic cannabis more likely to induce psychosis than natural cannabis.
