keyboard help
Alright listen, I know this is one of the most over-made topics since ever, but it just has to be done.
I'm a one handed player, as in I use index, middle, and ring fingers. This means I use the arrows on my keyboard over anything else. Seeing as the arrows on my awesome HP keyboard are now shot,(arrows just don't work anymore lol) I have to use the 8,4,5,6 keys on the numpad. This isn't exactly comfortable but it's working for now. What I need is a suggestion for a keyboard that will suit my epic one handed needs. I typically slide my fingers around on the keys a lot(just how I am) so arrows that allow me to slide around would be great. I may go out and find another HP keyboard at Best Buy or somethin', but I wonder if there's anything better you guys could suggest? tl;dr keyboard arrow keys broke, suggest a keyboard with durable arrow keys Please be a helpful poster, 'tis the season! |

Re: keyboard help
Do you want a mechanical keyboard or flat keyboard?
One of my friends uses a big clunky keyboard because the loud taps make it easier to AAA. And I use a flat keyboard, because I like to be able to FC higher difficulty songs since I don't have to press down as hard. And usually, keyboards titled 'gaming' keyboards have a better durability then stock keyboards. |

Re: keyboard help
I'd suggest a Razer keyboard. I, myself, have a Logitech G15, and it's quite durable but I wouldn't really suggest it for FFR.

Re: keyboard help
Flat keys aren't durable, trust me I know. Mechanical keyboards are the way to go, they're more durable, built higher quality than flat keyboards and believe it or not are actually more sensitive to touch than flats are.
What I suggest http://store.razerzone.com/store/raz...oryId.35156900. The Ultimate edition of this has backlit keys if you need that. Last edited by LoveHurts67; 12-20-2010 at 07:13 PM.. |
