Default Sigur Ros

Okay so yeah I just got ( ) from the local borders. I also have a select few songs from Takk and one song (gobbledigook) from their new album.
I love them.
I'm obsessed.
I'm currently working my way up to getting every single one of their albums.
I also have their DVD, Heima.
Also their music videos are amazing (especially the one for Track 1 from ( ) ).
Anyone else listen to them?

Haha, I just made ( ) my avatar today. I seriously love Sigur Ros.
I have the albums Agaetis Byrjun, Ba Ba Ti Ki Di Do, Meš suš ķ eyrum viš spilum endalaust, Takk, and ( ) now. I've been kind of lazy, I still need to finish my collection.
So much of their music gives me the chills, it's beautiful.
And yeah, the video for Untitled 1 on ( ) is great.. and sad.
Pretty much all of their videos are amazing and so are their live performances (like the one on my profile). I really want to see them live, they're coming within an hour of me next month.. though I'm pretty sure the tickets have sold out by now.
I think I'll go listen to them now.

You've never heard of Sigur Ros? Bit of a shock that. Their songs are getting pretty popular. I've heard them on TV shows and adverts.

They're probably the most famous Post-Rock group around at the moment.

Although i don't understand what they're saying i like their sound alot. Very mellow and relaxing reminds me of Spiritualized or the Clientele

You shouldn't understand most of what they say. They are singing in their own made up language, Hopelandic. Mixture of Icelandic and other stuff.

EDIT:

Quote:
All of the lyrics on ( ) are sung in Vonlenska, also known as Hopelandic, a constructed language of nonsense syllables which resembles the phonology of the Icelandic language. It has also been said that the listener is supposed to interpret their own meanings of the lyrics which can then be written in the blank pages in the album booklet.
