Puppet's Simfiles
Finally got around to making one of these, been waiting for RF2 to come out. Here I'm posting nearly every simfile I've made up to this point save a few that I want to hold on to for later or that are EXTREMELY old/forgotten. These are loosely sorted categorically by pack and released status as well as chronologically (loosely).
Very Old Files These are the first files I've ever made. Mostly these were targeted toward spread players despite playing 3-fingered myself. None of these are good by todays standards but I still enjoy playing them from time to time and looking back I'm surprised at my grasp of layering back before I really knew anything about files :> OTAKU SPEEDVIBE learning how to layer basically Chlorophyll vsnares file, first time stepping purely for spread. surprisingly well-layered lol. this got stolen for an ffr submission at some point Revolution Deathsquad made for 3-fingered, this was vaguely popular for a while. superlong file with a ton of stuff stolen from zagh's cotb most notably Canon-D hilarious file and rf1 submission. bad patterns and big freezes, megahard minifreeze solo FFR Community Pack Files These 3 were featured in the fairly minor FFR Community Pack. All are hard, straightforward files. They are correct and good for scoring, but IMO lack creativity/fun factor and the songs all suck haha. Fascination Maxx Quote:
Chipscape Quote:
Counter Clockwise Chant Pattern an incredibly technical dump. Red Fraction 2 Pack Files From my first submission to this pack to the last I feel like I've learned a lot as a simfile maker. I'm pretty sure I ended up with more files in this pack than any one else as the last few months of it's submission period were basically a huge stepping spree for me (at this time I didn't have a computer I could score on, so I stepped instead of played). Lawn Wake IX collaboration with cetaka. hard, fun file to a generic song, good for scoring Sin one of my favorites. jumpstream file, good for scoring. Quote:
Fallen Angel really easy file, tbh i don't really like this at all but it was kinda an experiment. Hop Hop Donut Lifts exercise in freeze usage/layering. good for scoring. Oriental Inspiration oyster projects. play standard Quote:
Criss Cross 3 way collab with stargroup and ferrari, didn't do much though except the mines haha. not that happy w/ how this turned out i guess Thunderclap non-collab nakagawer file Quote:
Cockpit i like this a lot, 8) song and 8) steps imo Quote:
A Lie pretty easy file, edit has a ton of mines and is made for scoring Quote:
Valkyrja yeah i stepped this Quote:
Starship.6 hard scoring file with a couple of really gay bursts. rest is fun Epileptic Crisis hardest file i've made that's supposed to be played seriously lol. jacks bursts mines galore. collab with kommisar, he made this x-mod as fuc Quote:
You Got Jokez Son Why yes. Midare's OP v2 great song great file Masamursha's OP v2 this is very clever Crowdpleaser artistically Stimulating St. Castawayhand too good for words Blade^'s OP great song great file there are more but i don't have them now Single Releases I put these 3 out a little while back but no one downloaded them n.n Cross Time i like this a lot except for the freezes with notes at the end which are fine on notebar but apparently suck with arrows Szamar Madar vsnares file. fun and cool for scores 8) Mangekyo nice layered file, pulled from rf2 myself Unreleased As **** I have a ton of these but here's the ones that are done at the moment/I have hosting for. I'll be updating this section as i finish more. Little God Channel hard semi-dump scoring file, tried to keep interesting and challenging throughout Demolizone just barely rejected from rf2 though i don't think anyone played this updated version lol. overall hella cool for scoring imo Quote:
Disabled the Flaw NOTE: this is an index file. someone complained that it had jumpstream but seriously its easier than those 270 bpm stream files people pass off as index so deal w/ it and get better lol. the freeze+mine section fucen owns if you figure out how to hit it Eclipse (Luna) pulled rf2 submission, currently another version of this is being judged for ffr. hard file w/ cool structure Playdoh WAS doing this as a collab with necros, but he's kind of disappeared and hasn't shown any interest in finishing. this is my chart, i used his graphics but if he has a problem with it i will change them. HUGE thanks to necros for making almost all of my rf2 pack graphics; roundbox, spitfire, dragoonhead and midare for some others. rest are done by me or fucen stolen. another huge thanks to skyseal for puttin in the time to host all these individually for me, you are awesome bro.

Re: Puppet's Simfiles
sin has always had 64th notes (since...conception~). probably u played standard or the charts were backwards or something. besides standard is still awesome if u dont like the swing :3

Re: Puppet's Simfiles
point is one of them had 64ths and one of them didn't (same as in dcp) i dont remember which was which but if you played heavy and it had no 64ths, then standard had them at the time i dont really know what you want me to say here
idk why its a big deal i mean just play the other chart ?_?

Re: Puppet's Simfiles
well its a good thing those are all individual downloads and not a pack :3
unless you mean you really let one sub-par file ruin the entire 70-file dark chancellor pack for you
