Default Interruptions

Does anyone else get annoyed when you are playing flashflashrevolution and then some other program interrupts by throwing something in the foreground which then removes focus from ffr, which then causes you to fail whatever you were attempting? Because I know I do.

My main culprit seems to be PidginIM although other culprits can be firewall or antivirus programs trying to update themselves.

This is no fault of ffr.

Anyway, just a vent.

Happens to me all the time. Also when the firewall or antivirus programs try updating themselves makes my game lag when I'm doing great. It's so annoying.

Well, you could reconfigure these programs that seem to be getting in the way.
- Turn off the automatic updates (just don't forget to do it manually)
- Set away messages during pro longed play periods.

This happens all the time for me. I usually just close down all other programs while I'm play FFR, or any game for that matter.

AUGH. SAME.

Pidgin windows take priority, so when I have no tabs open, the first person to IM me takes priority over FFR. I just open a convo window now when I'm FFR'ing, even if I've no intention of messaging the person, just for the sake of not getting a random unfocus.

I was FC'ing GGC at 1200 combo with 1 good, when I got IM'd. I was pretty pissed.

Every now and then I'll get these random extreme itches. Like something is chewing on my skin.
xD
It usually just turns out to be my imagination, or whatever.

I completely 100% agree with that. I love my MacBook, no annoying update bubbles every five minutes. Apple is genius

My biggest enemy is the touch pad on my laptop.......It's uber sensitive, and if I glance it with the side of my hand, it clicks off the window and screws me up.

It bugs me the most when I'm playing multiplayer. It happened twice when I first started using MP. Once because of AIM and then because of anti-virus. But my anti-virus does doesn't get in the way anymore.
