We no longer have permission from Synthion, as the usage policy was updated last week:

2023.09.25 | If your work was published before this update, it is free to stay published. However, any future works must abide by the most up-to-date usage policy.

To use my works in your game, please contact me to discuss a licensing fee.
NOTE: Usage of my songs in the following rhythm games is not allowed:
- A Dance of Fire and Ice
- Beat Saber
- Geometry Dash
- osu! (Songs listed on my osu! featured artist listing are OK)

Although FFR is not listed, we still have to contact the musician first and possibly pay licensing fees, and prior blanket permission is no longer valid since unpublished submissions must abide by the current policy.
