Two albums of Diverse System are permitted to use: Stream Palette and Stream Palette 2. The album pages state:

This album is designed for Streamer.
You are free to use it for distribution or video production without asking for permission.
(It would be nice if you could at least give me credit)

Note that this does not apply to other albums.
EDIT: Stream Palette 3 was released under the same permission.
