1) It's very very likely not an HRT issue as Tosh has already said to you in one of your like 4 other threads about this.

2) If you really have RSI like you have also said in one of your 4 other threads about this, you shouldn't be playing for long anyway unless you want it to get worse?

3) If you don't really have RSI, then what everybody else said. Play more.
