I doubt Walter and Jesse could possibly have any roles in Saul Goodmans spinoff if it is long before they ever met him.

If they ever made a Breaking Bad movie it would probably be during some event that takes place somewhere in the middle of the series chronologically. I don't believe they would make it after the end of the story and pretend Walter didn't actually die.
