I used to be (and still am in many ways) a chronic procrastinator, but eventually you get sick of rushing at the last minute (especially if you're causing damage / shortchanging yourself / failing / etc as a result).

Eventually you just have to slap yourself in the face: "You lazy shitwit. Stop fucking around. It isn't that hard. Just get it over with -- it'll take like 5 minutes and then you can piss the rest of the night away guilt-free."
