The site I used to create these gifs went upgrade crazy and I'm no longer to make a gif that matches the same structure of the ones in this thread so the best I can do is rearrange and add explanations.

I can move hands and quads up after jump chains, but I'll just have to explain what a jump is in the explanation of jump chain.

gif I made for jumps is too huge:

EDIT: added gif anyway and jumpglut definition as well as moving hands and quads up.
