Reality doesn't have a single running man or one handed trill throughout the whole entire file.
Just looking at the end stream of ERv2, a few 4 step one handed trills, and about half way through the stream till the end, it's loaded with haha fuc you up type patterns [at least I'm going to say that because I nearly always AAA through the first half of that stream then get a miss or two and like 13 more goods].

Of course, this is my opinion, I'm terrible at speed files, and this is why I find reality easier, you don't need to be fast to do reality.
