Some files in this batch are definitely better than the ones in the last batch.

and yeah I know my judgement is inconsistent this time (also I thought I was pretty lenient), so I'm not confident about the rating of borderline files at all (if blu's rating is low don't accept).

ps planet karma got 8.5, also some of Patashu files got 8.
