Wow, good job posting one of the most unreliable, invalid IQ tests on the internet.
Testing your IQ online is unreliable just about everywhere. However, you can take a standardized IQ test created by a psychologist here:
http://www.cbc.ca/testthenation/episodes/iq/
This is about as close to your real IQ that you will get over the internet. However, if you score 135 or higher you're likely facing ceiling effect. That is, it's possible that your score is depressed due to reaching the highest point the test can measure reliably.
The fact that everyone has incredibly high scores on this test in and of itself shows that it is a joke. You do realize that statistically, only 2% of the population will score over 130 and only 0.1% over 145? Childhood IQ scores don't apply to this though. Also, just look at how short the test is and the questions that are on it. It's a joke, and these types of tests give the concept of IQ a bad rep. I almost feel like you should remove the initial link on page one and switch it with something at least fairly reliable and valid, like test the nations.
For the hell of it though, I have taken some online IQ tests. Some of them are better than others.
