Ok, I'll post this again.

I have TWO hand styles, for different types of files.
Two hands - 3 fingers (← L middle, ↓↑ L middle/L index/R middle, → R middle) : For easy KB files AND files with LOTS of streams (no jump streams though). Accuracy is high for MA/PA and FCs.
Two hands - 4 fingers [spread] (← L middle, ↓ L Index, ↑ R index, → R middle) : For HARD KB files (especially those with jump streams). Accuracy is pretty low, but used for FCs. I barely use this style though.

But on the list put the first one on.
EDIT: Some extra details on my first style:
- AlWAYS used left middle finger for left arrow key, right middle for right key.
- Up used by the middle fingers, depending on pattern. I always alternate hands, so if the last arrow was pressed by my left hand and the next arrow is up, I press up key with my right middle finger, and vice-versa.
- For down arrow key it's the same thing as previous point, but instead of LEFT MIDDLE, it's LEFT INDEX.
