Of course s/he can win. They need to successfully sabotage all the missions. This can be done by using his/her own power, or, by turning people against each other.
Also, the phases will most likely last until I get my messages. It'll help people eliminate suspects. Also, I'll post everyone's AIM/MSN if you'd like to communicate there. It'll help with the investigating.
