the profile chat and the mult player will not connect

I did refresh the page several times. Then the profile just stayed failed connected. Then the multilayer says can't connect. Also I did clear my catch.

OK I just uninstaller the flash player. Then reinstalled it. The speed of the arrows are faster, but still lag here and there.
