I have played this to 35 with a melee, stamina/dex Assist, and I really enjoyed it.

Leveling gets tougher at 32ish when same level mobs only give you about .34 per kill, but that's to be expected....

DDR wasn't my first rhythm game, so that could be a factor in it. That, and I whored it for 5 hours straight the first time I played.
