I only use the first three fingers on both hands.... I find it faster and more proficient than any other way. It was a good way to aggrivate the keyboarding teacher in high school.

Ah, I see. I use one hand actually, and I use the default speed settings for the arrows. When I first started playing, that's how I did it, and I got used to it.
