Im pretty sure Chinaman is right, the pattern is at combo=400 from the start. If someone can confirm it ill continue with the next song very soon.

This is what i really miss when i play now. When you press a song once (you know when you can see the difficulty and some other info down right), your rank and stats in that particular song should...
