I didn't do my research and I didn't read every post up to this point, but I do believe you couldn't play as Captain Falcon outside his car until SSB. Besides, Brawl has done some amazing things....

I've been starting to get problems on my Wii aswell. Today when i got on the Mii Channel, it took 1 full minute to load it, and it spun the disk inside it the entire time.
