I have a problem with the ITG theme. When I finish a song, it gives me a rank WAY too high. I get two-stars a lot of times and I got a S at 66,31% (I think the real one is a C+). Is there a way to...

maybe you deleted a necessary file by deleting the noteskins folder. Other than that, I don't know. I use 3.9 and the metal noteskins work well.
