Problem with songs not recording

I've been reading some of the bug report posts and many people have complained that their songs have not be recorded, causing them not to obtain a token in some cases. This has happened to me many times too and its annoying when u do really well in a song and it doesn't record. Do the admins know about this/is it able to be fixed?
