FFR Regional Leaderboards

This is such a cool feature. I can't wait to see it developed further.

ps. I'm currently #1 USA Southwest.

I would love for them to have the feature to see between regions and state-wise. You might not be on the regional top 10 but you might be in the top 10 for your own state.

Your rank probably isn't high enough to be included, try getting your average rank up!

I should really play all those songs that are still at 10k avg rank. Still 8th in the Southeast. Yay.

Nice code LD. Still looks like it needs some smoothing out though.

Shame there are only 6 Aussies and the best of us haven avg rank of 1000+.
