ITG noteskins
 

I downloaded the ITG 2.2a theme, installed (I got 3.95 CVS), everything worked fine.

Then I downloaded the noteskins, emptied my noteskin folder and extracted the ITG ones in there. Whenever I start a song, the game just crashes and I get this error:

Could not read metric '[left] TapMineAnimationIsNoteColor' or '[NoteDisplay] TapMineAnimationIsNoteColor' in 'metal'

Same for cel.

Any suggestions ? :(

This is so gay, I search google for like an hour and all I found was answers like: "reinstall stepmania" and "buy a new video card".

ITG 1/2 uses 3d noteskins. To use them you have to use the development version of Stepmania, 4.0, which ITG 1/2 are based on.

maybe you deleted a necessary file by deleting the noteskins folder. Other than that, I don't know. I use 3.9 and the metal noteskins work well.

re-install, the default folder in the noteskins was required.

I have EXACTLY the same problem. I have too searched Google hours. Still I can't find any good tip.

Well, for 3.95 SMO there is currently no noteskins that I wam aware of. So, therefor you can't use those or themes.
