If you mean to change the email address registered with FFR, try this.

If you want to change the actual URL ex. flashflashrevolution.com/profiles/yourusername try using a hyperlink. You can get a .tk for free, and hyperlink it to your profile. When a user punches in your .tk url ex. my profile.tk, it will link them to your profile. You can also paid for a .com, .org, .biz extention aswell.
