I have no idea what to tell you, except just to keep trying. You're waaaay above my level.

And so far jacks have been the easiest thing for me, of all the patterns.

When I'm hitting jacks, I usually tense up my wrists and raise my arms slightly higher compared to when I'm hitting anything else (streams, etc.) so that my fingers curl more towards the tips. Helps me wristjack sixteenths 170 bpm or less quite easily.

Also, flat keys aren't a must, but they help loads.

anything faster than 175ish, I hit with controlled vibrating...**** like gtell, etc.

Yeah, I've actually been doing this and it helps, but not enough.
